Aberdeen Enterprise Finance Ltd (AEF) is a privately-owned company funded by private investors personally known to our shareholders.

We specialise in short-term development finance to small builders and developers. We are a principal lender, use our own funds and can offer a tailored approach to development finance.

We are a small team but have many years of experience of supporting clients and understand the complexities and challenges that come with developing. We are very much focused on understanding our client's and the project's needs to achieve a successful outcome and can often assist by flexible and creative thinking when a deal has some unusual aspects.
